HEAVY RAIN ALERT.
A HEAVY RAIN ALERT REMAINS IN FORCE FOR THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN DIVISION, SOUTHERN BUA, AND CAKAUDROVE PROVINCE AND IS NOW IN FORCE FOR THE REST OF THE NORTHERN DIVISION AND YASAWA GROUP.
Situation:
A trough of low pressure remains slow-moving over the Fiji group. Associated clouds, rain, and showers affect the Fiji group. It is expected to gradually ease from the west from later today and clear the group by later Thursday.
Forecast for Central Division (Greater Suva/Nausori-Tailevu, Area, Coastal Serua-Namosi, interior Serua-Namosi, Naitasiri), Eastern Division (Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Lomaiviti and Lau groups), Vanua Levu and Yasawa group:
Occasional rain, heavy at times, and few thunderstorms.
Rain is easing to some showers from tomorrow over Navua/Suva/Nausori, Tailevu areas, Coastal Serua-Namosi, Interior Serua-Namosi, Naitasiri, Kadavu, and nearby smaller Islands, Yasawa and Lomaiviti group.
