A trough of low with cloud and showers remains slow moving over 
Western Kiribati. Meanwhile, another trough of low pressure lies over
Northern Line Islands.   

Forecast to midnight tomorrow for Kiribati
Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds.
Moderate to rough seas.

Western Kiribati: Occasional showers, heavy at times and few
thunderstorms.
Northern Line Islands: Some showers and few thunderstorms.
Phoenix Islands: Cloudy periods with some showers and few
thunderstorms.. 
Southern Line Islands: Occasional showers and few thunderstorms.
Further outlook:    Western Kiribati: Occasional showers, heavy at
times and few thunderstorms about and south of Tarawa. Some showers
and isolated thunderstorms elsewhere.
Northern Line Islands: Cloudy periods with some showers and few

OF SOUTHERN COOKS.

A COASTAL INUNDATION WARNING REMAINS IN FORCE FOR SOUTHERN COOK
ISLANDS.

A DAMAGING HEAVY SWELL WARNING REMAINS IN FORCE FOR OPEN WATERS OF
SOUTHERN COOKS.

Situation:
A weak trough of low pressure lies slow moving in the vicinity of
Southern Cooks. 

An easterly wind flow prevails over Northern Cooks. Meanwhile, a
trough of low pressure lies slow moving over the group.

Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Southern Cooks:
Over land and waters: East to Northerly winds 20 to 25 knots, gusting
up to 30 knots. Winds easing to 15 to 20 knots and becoming southwest
to northerly from later today .
Rough seas.
For open waters: Damaging heavy swells up to 4.0m. Swells abating
later today.

Expect sea flooding of low lying coastal areas especially during high
tides.

Partly cloudy with some showers.

Further outlook:    Damaging heavy swells up to 4.0m developing, and
expect sea flooding of low lying coastal areas especially during high
tides. Strong southeasterly winds developing. Fine apart from brief
